March 14, 2003 Well everybody, you might be asking yourselves, "What has happened to my favorite website, and why doesn't Dickey update it ever???" Well it is time that I confronted the mass of emails that I have been receiving, complaining about my complacency regarding this site.

To update you fervish followers of my whereabouts, I am now graduated from FSU, and alive and well in the real world. I work for a company called Carlson Marketing Group, and quite simply, I have not been able to keep up with DickeySchmid.com because I am on the road during the majority of my time. So far since January, I have been to Detroit, San Antonio, the Bahamas, and Tucson. I write this to you sitting in my hotel room in Puerto Rico. I will be here until the 26th of March, and from there I will be in Boca for another 15 days, and after that, I will be in the Bahamas again for another 10.

Please keep those emails coming. I am planning on making updates regularly now, and uploading pictures from my travels. I have pictures from many of my destinations, as well as juicy stories. But until I get that set up, which shall be soon, feel free to email me, and call my cell phone. Tata.
September 16, 2002 DickeySchmid.com goes public. Yes this morning I was called onto the air for X101.5, the local Tallahassee radio station. Word got around about my uncanny photographic and journalistic abilities. Meathead, Desi, and Yuckmouth were proud that I had discovered their intern, Teva the RedHaired Diva in some compromising situations. Email me, and if you're lucky, I might send them to you.

One footnote, I noticed you didn't have a fencing team here at Grover Cleveland. Well I'm gonna do my best to start one up for you guys.
January 29, 2002 Explanation of Links. The layout of DickeySchmid Revisited is pretty much the same. I have consolidated the FAQ and the Dickbook into one section, entitled Interactive. The photogallery remains the same, as well as the Me Section. However it is now called Richard John Schmid, after me. Also, I have added an area called Artsy Fartsy, which is where I will be posting all my artsy work from FSU's art school.
